Get Ready to Showcase Your Products Before,
During and After the Event!

We are excited to offer exhibitors an amazing opportunity to promote their most innovative products at the Innovation Showcase. Here's what you can expect before, during, and after the event:

Pre-event:

  • Your product(s) will be listed on our Event Dashboard, which will include your company, product, and booth information. This will provide you with pre-show exposure to event attendees.

  • We will send out a pre-show attendee email campaign that promotes the Innovation Showcase to help generate interest.

During the Event:

  • Your product(s) will be prominently displayed in the Innovation Showcase Gallery. Each display will include a QR code with product, booth, and company information.

  • In the Innovation Showcase Gallery, there will be a voting box for attendees to vote on their favorite displayed product. The winner will be announced during the awards luncheon on Day 2.

Post-event:

  • We'll issue a post-event press release highlighting the Innovation Showcase and featuring the winning products, which will be distributed to industry media.

  • Your product(s) and company information will remain featured on the Event Dashboard so attendees can continue to learn about your offerings after the event.

  • We will post the winners on our event website and social media to help generate industry and media buzz.

How to Submit Your Product

Enter your product(s) into the Innovation Showcase by completing the entry form through the Exhibitor Portal. Just search Innovation Showcase to find the application. You may login to your Exhibitor Portal.

Submission Deadline: TBD

Please note the following guidelines and information for product submissions:

  • All entries will be reviewed to ensure they meet the product guidelines. Exhibitors will be notified via the email provided on their entry form within one (1) week of submission.

  • Each exhibiting company may enter up to three (3) products.

  • When registering product(s) online, please be prepared to provide the following information: Image of Product, Company Name, Booth Number, Product Name, Product Description.

Entry Fee:
There is no cost to submit an entry.
Entries must be submitted by TBD.

Innovation deserves recognition and we're excited to present two (2) award categories for the INNOVATION SHOWCASE:

  1. Product of the Year

Winners of these prestigious awards will receive:

  • Industry-wide recognition and media attention through a dedicated MEDevice press release.
  • All attendee leads generated from the INNOVATION SHOWCASE area (post-show), providing the opportunity for meaningful follow-up and potential business development.
  • Custom digital artwork to promote their award post-show, such as in press releases, social media posts, company website, tradeshow displays, packaging, advertising, and corporate email signature, among others.

Moreover, winners will be prominently featured across various channels, including:

  • Social media (post-show) through tagged mentions of the winning company's social media accounts.
  • A post-show MEDevice Boston email campaign, which will be sent to all 2025 show attendees and will showcase the winning companies and products.

Participating in the INNOVATION SHOWCASE is an unparalleled opportunity to gain recognition, exposure, and potential business opportunities. Submit your product and compete for these coveted awards today!

Products must demonstrate innovation, uniqueness, market potential, and/or relevance to the industry.

  • Must be a 2025 exhibitor to enter.
  • The product(s) or service(s) MUST have been released to market within the last 12 months and currently available for purchase or available within 24 months post-event.
  • No prototypes allowed.
  • The product(s)/service(s) must be manufactured or exclusively distributed by a company exhibiting at this year’s event.
  • New company launches are not eligible.

Product Display:

  • A product display sign will be provided by event management with company name, booth number, product name, and description.
  • No samples, brochures, ads, sales sheets, flyers, or giveaways are allowed in the showcase area.
  • Exhibitors may bring spec/information sheets (8.5x11 max) to add to their display.
  • Products must be removed from packaging unless packaging is the displayed product.

Presentation:

  • Companies may schedule a five-minute presentation on our Center Stage (Limited space available on a first come, first served basis).
  • Exhibitors may sign up for a product presentation slot when submitting their entry form.
  • Only one (1) presentation per company, even if multiple products are entered.
  • No video presentations in lieu of in-person presentations.

Placement of Items: MEDevice Show Management retains the right to exercise reasonable discretion in placing product displays and may relocate any product display if deemed necessary.

Liability for Missing/Stolen Items: Informa Markets Engineering shall not be held liable for any loss or theft of items entered into the INNOVATION SHOWCASE.

Consent for Photography: By entering a product or service into the INNOVATION SHOWCASE, the exhibitor consents to the use of photography or reproduction of any information included in the product description by the public or media.

Transportation and Material Handling Costs: Show Management assumes no responsibility for any costs associated with transportation, spotting, or material handling.

KNF Neuberger — Innovative Low Pulsation Liquid Diaphragm Pumps — KNF further expands its Smooth Flow series, with the introduction of FP 7 and FP 25. These new liquid pumps deliver adjustable flow rates from 15 – 70 ml/min and 50 – 250 ml/min, respectively. Both pumps produce up to 1 bar (14.5 psi) pressure. High-pressure FP 1.7 and FP 25 versions achieve nominal pressures up to 6 bar (87 psi). The integrated, space-saving damper provides smooth, low pulsation flow that minimizes flow resistance, reduces vibration and noise, reduces liquid shear forces, prevents bubble formation, and reduces stress for longer pump and system component life. Other features include 4-point valves for reliable self-priming even at reduced motor speeds, and a digitally adjustable BLDC motor for precise pump control. Options include flow path materials, fitting connections, pump mounts, motors, and boxer configurations. These new pumps join a growing line of KNF Smooth Flow pumps, with a nominal flow rate range from 15 ml/min – 12.4 l/min.
