Staying Hydrated
Letās talk about water and staying hydrated throughout the day. The general rule is to drink 8 cups (64 ounces) of water a day. This can vary depending on your age, sex, weight, activity level and overall health. Water is essential for maintaining the balance of bodily fluids, which regulate processes like digestion, absorption, circulation, and temperature control. Changing your day, like traveling to an event, can cause unexpected changes in your routine. Make sure to bring your water bottle with you to ensure you stay properly hydrated all day long.

Stress Free Commute
Take the stress out of your day by travelling into the city by train and getting picked up by our MEDevice transportation buses that will drop you right in front of the convention center. Let someone else do the work for you, giving you that extra time to sit back, relax and enjoy the ride in.
