BCEC lost and found is located in the Command Center. Before checking the command center please visit the registration desk. The Command Center is located on the first floor of the BCEC and if anything is turned into our MCCA Team it will end up in this location. The number to the command center is 617-954-2222 for attendees who have lost things to call.
To self-park ($20 and $40 for oversized vehicles), from Summer Street, turn onto East Side Drive, drive past the valet area, and continue straight along the side of the building. At the end of the building, make a right and go down the ramp. At the bottom of the ramp, turn left and you will see the entrance to the South Parking lot in front of you.Valet parking is available during most events for $30. To access from Summer Street, turn onto East Side Drive and the valet area will be immediately on your right. BCEC accepts cash and all major credit cards.

Yes, wheelchairs are available at the BCEC. Through their Transportation team, they also offer carts that will take attendees from the North Lobby to where they need to go in the building. These carts will make runs back and forth bringing attendees to and from Hall C and the North Lobby. More information on the link below.
