How do I get to Hall C?
The easiest way to get to Hall C is to enter off of D Street.
If you are coming from the parking lot, it is located directly behind Hall C. From the parking lot, you will follow the signs to the show entrance to Hall C.
If you’re coming from the main entrance of the Convention Center, you will go down to Level 0 and follow the signs to the back where Hall C is located.

Can I bring my child to the expo? How about a well-trained pet?
For safety, insurance and security reasons, no one under the age of 18 is permitted in the expo halls or conference meeting rooms at our show. There are no childcare services available on-site. Only utility animals for the physically challenged are permitted.
Will food & beverages be available?
Free food and beverages will not be available at the show. The concession stands within the venue will have refreshments and lunch items available for purchase.
Where can I find a detailed list of exhibitors?
The exhibitor list is posted on the show website. We suggest you bookmark the website because we will regularly update it with new exhibiting companies that have joined our expo.
How do I get on the mailing list for next year's expo?
If you register for one of our shows, you will be added to the mailing list for that event and will receive information regarding next year's show as it becomes available. If you would like to be added to the mailing list for our other events, complete the online registration inquiry form for that event. You'll find the complete list of all events at findmanufacturingbuyers.com. To be removed from our mailing list, please email [email protected] and specify the show(s) from which you would like to be removed.
Where can I download the event mobile app?
Currently the mobile app is not live, but it will be available on the Apple and Android app store. Please be sure to use our official hashtag #MEDeviceBoston on your social media posts.

What if I do not pre-register for the expo?
You can register on-site.
If I attended the show last year do I need to register again for this year's show?
Yes, you must re-register for every show you plan to attend. We do not carry over any registrations from our shows.
How long does it take to receive my registration confirmation?
An e-mail confirmation should be received within 24 hours after you've registered.
Can I check if my registration has been confirmed on your website?
Yes, you can view and/or update your registration information by returning to the registration website and entering your email address and password.
I registered online & received a confirmation of a barcode, what do I do now?
Bring your printed confirmation to any Print Your Badge station and get your badge printed instantly.
How far in advance do I have to register to guarantee that I receive my badge in advance?
No badges will be mailed prior to the show. Please bring proof of your registration to the show to receive your badge.
I registered last minute, how can I get my badge besides waiting in line at the show?
No badges will be mailed prior to the show. Please bring proof of your registration with you to any Print Your Badge station to get your badge printed instantly.
How do I get a correction on my badge?
Go to a Registration Customer Service counter at the Registration area on-site, and corrections will be made and printed for you there. There is no charge to have your badge corrected and reprinted.
Is there a charge for a replacement badge?
Lost or forgotten badges may be reprinted onsite for a $25 fee. You may not have anyone else’s badge reprinted onsite; you must present an official ID to have the badge printed. To have your badge reprinted, visit the Registration Customer Service Counter onsite.
What is a Non-Exhibiting Manufacturer?
Companies that manufacture or supply products that qualify to exhibit in MEDevice Boston and choose not to exhibit are considered Non-Exhibiting Manufacturers/Suppliers. Non-exhibiting manufacturers/suppliers may register to attend if they are interested in walking the show floor to consider future participation as an exhibitor. Non-Exhibiting Manufacturers are limited to registering two company representatives and may attend a maximum of one annual show.
When granted access to the show floor, Non-Exhibiting Manufacturers/Suppliers must not approach buyers or exhibitors for solicitation. Non-exhibiting companies or individuals found distributing merchandise, samples, catalogs, brochures, flyers, etc., will be asked to leave the event and may not be allowed to participate in future events.
All registration records are subject to review and final determination by Show Management. If Show Management finds the company manufactures or supplies products or services that are fit to exhibit in MEDevice Boston, the company will be classified as a Non-Exhibiting Manufacturer, and a higher registration fee of $399 per badge will be required to register.

You can discover all of the information on our education stages, in our conference programs, and under Training Seminars on our Events & Education menu tab. What networking/special events can I attend?
We offer a variety of fun and engaging networking events throughout the trade show to keep you entertained and give you more opportunities to solidify your leads and build new ones.
During the day, we offer our Keynote Networking Breakfast and our Quick Connect Matchmaking component. We will also have a Welcome Reception on the first day of the show and a Sugar Reception on the second day of the show. You can go to the Special Events tab on our website to learn more.
What is the event dashboard?
The event dashboard is a virtual component that gives you more opportunities to explore our event and its features as well as connect with exhibitors, attendees, speakers, and advance your engineering solutions. The event dashboard also includes exhibitor profiles, networking and meeting features, a personalized show agenda, downloadable resources, and much more.

Are these documents mandatory for registration, and when should they be submitted?
Yes, these documents are mandatory for the registration process. You can upload them during your current registration session. Alternatively, if you need more time to gather the required documents, you may return to the Registration Resource Center, log in with your registration ID and email address to add them.
Can I complete the registration process without submitting the required documents?
No, your registration will be pending until the submission and review of the necessary documents. Upon review and approval, you will then receive an email confirmation.
Is there a deadline for submitting the supplementary documents?
While we encourage you to submit the required documents as soon as possible, you can log in with your registration confirmation later to add the necessary documents. However, it's advisable to complete this process well in advance to avoid any delays.

Why did the show name change from BIOMEDevice to MEDevice?
Our goal is to pave the way in medical device manufacturing, and this rebrand reflects our vision to be the most trusted source and partner in pioneering the future of MedTech innovation. We are committed to connecting the MedTech community and we feel this name change helps us to do that.
What was the inspiration behind the new logo?
We wanted something plain and simple and recognizable within the industry. We wanted something that the entire life sciences industry could recognize.
