• Maximum dimension: 22 inches by 28 inches
• You must include the poster title, co-authors, and their affiliations.
• You must be registered to attend MEDevice Boston for your Poster Presentation to be considered.

MEDevice Show Management will print your approved presentations and set up the poster boards. Show Management reserves the right to designate the placement of the poster boards onsite.

You may collect your printed poster board in the Show Management Office after the event on Thursday, September 26, between 3–4 p.m. Posters that are not collected during that time will be recycled.
